Six-month minimum. $750 per month when billed to your employer.

Who is the coach?
Every session is led by Efrain "Ricky" Baez Jr., MHR, SPHR. Ricky is a Marine Corps veteran with 24 years in HR, founder of Baezco Learning, faculty in the Master of Human Resources program at Rollins College, and host of The H in HR Podcast. He still runs HR for small and mid-sized businesses every week, so the coaching comes from current practice, not theory.
Is this career coaching or job search help?
No. This is coaching on how to do the HR job well. We will not spend your time on resumes or interview prep. If your goal is a promotion, the fastest route is becoming the person your company cannot afford to lose, and that is what we work on.
When does the next cohort start?
Cohorts run two to three times a year and fill in order of deposit. Reserve a seat or book a discovery call and we will share the next start date.
Can my employer pay for this?
Yes. Most participants are sponsored by their employer. We invoice the company directly and provide a receipt and certificate for your file.
What if I miss a session?
Roundtable and cohort teaching segments are recorded and posted to the private channel. The case discussions are live only, because that is where the value is. One-on-one sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice.
