I spent four years in the United States Marine Corps, and I have spent the last 24 years in HR. Along the way I have worked for Hewitt Associates, Orange County Government, Orange County Public Schools, Darden Restaurants, Sears Home Improvements, and 4 Corner Resources. Then I launched Baezco Learning to help the kind of businesses that needed expert HR but could not afford a full-time director.
Today, I also teach in the Master of Human Resources program at Rollins College, host The H in HR Podcast, and travel the country as an HR conference emcee. Whatever you are dealing with in your workplace, there is a good chance I have seen it before, and I would love to help.
