How Does It Work?
Step 1: You Don’t Trust Your HR Department
You’re dealing with a situation at work that doesn’t feel right—maybe it’s a conflict with your boss, a policy that seems unfair, or you're concerned about discrimination or retaliation.
You’re not comfortable going to your internal HR team, or maybe you already did and nothing changed.
Step 2: Book a Session
Visit the HR TrustBridge page and click “Book a Session.”
You’ll be directed to a scheduling calendar where you can choose a convenient time. The cost is $99 for a 45-minute session.
Step 3: Fill Out the Intake Form
Shortly after booking, you’ll receive a short, confidential intake form.
This helps us understand the issue ahead of time and make the most of your session.
Step 4: Meet with an Independent HR Expert
You’ll meet virtually with Ricky Baez—an HR consultant with over 23 years of experience and a professor in the Master of Human Resources program at Rollins College.
This is a one-on-one, unbiased session. You’ll get clear, straightforward advice based on HR best practices and employment laws.
Step 5: Understand Your Rights and Options
We’ll walk through:
What your rights are
What the company can and can’t do
What next steps make the most sense—whether you stay, escalate, or take action outside your company
Step 6: Get Written Recommendations (Optional)
If you request it, we can email you a summary of what was discussed, including any recommendations or talking points you can use.
Step 7: You Decide What’s Next
You’re in control. There’s no obligation to take any specific action. You leave with clarity and confidence.
