HR Generalist 🐾

No HR team is complete without a little heart (and a lot of fur). After a stellar internship, Copper has been promoted to HR Generalist. While he specializes in conflict resolution (mostly over who gets the last treat) and employee wellness (mandatory nap reminders), his primary role is keeping the Baezco team grounded and smiling. He reminds us daily that at the end of the day, HR is always about people.
