What happens during a discovery call with Baezco Learning?
A discovery call is a free 30-minute conversation to understand your business, your team, and the HR challenges you are facing. We will discuss your current situation, your goals, and any immediate concerns. By the end of the call, you will have a clear recommendation on which of our services (if any) is the best fit for your needs. There is no pressure and no sales pitch.
How quickly will you respond to my inquiry?
All email inquiries are responded to within one business day, typically within a few hours during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST). Phone calls during business hours are often answered live. Voicemails left after hours are returned the next business day.
Do I need to prepare anything for our first call?
No preparation required. Just show up with a rough idea of your business size, your current HR situation, and what prompted you to reach out. If you have a specific challenge or project in mind, that is helpful to share but not required. We will guide the conversation.
Do you meet clients in-person or only virtually?
Most discovery calls are virtual via Google Meet for convenience. For clients in the Orlando area, in-person meetings at our Downtown Orlando office can be arranged. On-site client visits for consulting engagements are available nationwide based on project scope.
What time zone do you operate in?
Baezco Learning is based in Orlando, Florida and operates on Eastern Standard Time (EST). Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST. We accommodate client meetings across all US time zones.
